Halo Water Proofing has been the Novi area's go-to call for Crawl Space Encapsulation because we answer the phone, show up on time, and stand behind the work.
We're Halo Water Proofing — a MI-licensed, fully insured waterproofing outfit that's spent years learning exactly how water moves through Novi-area foundations, and exactly how to stop it.
Every technician on our Novi crew is background-checked, factory-trained on the equipment we install, and held to the same estimate we quote you over the phone — no upsell surprises when the truck pulls up.
One call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment window — not a call-back promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Novi customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
Odor is often the first sign Novi customers notice, well before any visible water shows up.
Hairline cracks can widen over a Novi winter's freeze-thaw cycle and become active leak points by spring.
Efflorescence is a clear sign that water is actively passing through your Novi foundation wall, even if you've never seen standing water.
A sump pump that never stops cycling is often working harder than it should, or is undersized for your Novi lot's water table.
This is one sign we tell Novi customers not to wait on — wall movement tends to progress rather than resolve on its own.
Peeling paint low on a basement wall or warped baseboards upstairs often trace back to moisture migrating up from below.
Every Novi property is different — soil, slope, foundation age, water table depth. We size the fix to the actual problem, not a one-size package.
Standing water in your basement doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Novi emergency crews pump out the basement first, then diagnose where it's getting in so it doesn't happen again next storm.
Call for Emergency Service →Freeze-thaw cycles in Novi, MI push existing cracks wider every winter, which is why we recommend sealing them before they become an active leak rather than after.
Get a Crack Assessment →Most sump pump failures we see in Novi happen during the exact storms that need them most — a battery backup closes that gap when the power drops.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →Some Novi lots need both an interior and exterior system working together — we'll tell you honestly if that's the case rather than selling just one.
Ask About Drain Systems →Older Novi homes with vented crawl spaces are especially prone to seasonal moisture swings — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Novi commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations aren't disrupted mid-project.
